"The actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. WiFi has to be paid for at £10 a week which seems a bargain until you realise it’s unusable most of the time. The park itself doesn’t make it clear that the bar/restaurant is closed having been decimated in a storm 18 months ago… a...

"Thanks to Debbie and Chris for a fab stay at their cottage. Check-in was easy. The cottage and location excellent for Fowey high street and all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen, had everything we needed and was well thought through! Lots of helpful info on what to do in the area too. Our kids loved the crabbing off the slip way in front of the house! View of the water excellent and fun watching the ferry go to and fro as well as all the yatchs and boats. We had a lovely stay!"

"My son and I stayed at the cottage as we waited for our new home to become available, and it served as our first step in our new life in the area. It provided much-needed comfort and cosiness in a transitional period of our lives, as we explored the area and my son began his time in a new school. The owner was very responsive to questions. It definitely has a lived-in vibe: the owner lives there when not away, and it gives the property a very particular character!"

"Pebble cottage was spotless and very well equipped and in beautiful grounds. Good communication with the Host. Allocated parking for one car but further away from the house you can park another car if needed. The welcome tray was rather sparse, although everything you need in the kitchen was provided except washing up liquid and tea cloth but a dishwasher was available. I would be happy to recommend Pebble Cottage. The garden is not enclosed. "

"This was our first time visiting Cornwall, and we were looking forward to a relaxing couple of days with the family. Unfortunately, the accommodation left much to be desired. Finding the cottage was challenging as the directions provided were unclear. We ended up having to stop and ask locals for guidance before finally locating it. The cottage itself was pleasant in some ways — we loved the beach-themed décor, and there was a generous selection of books, games, DVDs, and CDs for us to enjoy....

"The hosts were very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was well equipped, clean a nd comfortable. Comfortable beds. The added extras were great, fruit basket, prosecco, biscuits and haribos as well as tea, coffee and milk. Very satisfied"

"The place was cheap, but I would say bad value for money for a number of reasons, outlined belowBad - black mould on bedroom curtains- Black mould in the bathroom- Loose wooden planks in the bathroom- Lots of Cobwebs in every room and in the cupboards, even immediately after checking in- Cabinet in bathroom was loose- Not enough toilet roll- No salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers- No bar or shop on site, despite this being advertised- No member of staff seen on site- Very poor...

"We had a lovely week in St Agnes. The property was clean, comfortable and perfect for the 3 of us for the week. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Our host was lovely and left us a lovely note with tea, coffee biscuits and milk in the fridge for when we arrived.It was about a 10min walk into the centre of the village which has everything you could wish for! Great eating places, shops, farm shops, a pizza place, fish and chip shop, Indian, Chinese, gift shops, surf shop,...
