Under renovations, pool was closed. Housekeeping didn't speak English. They only refresh the room (take out garbage, give new towels and only make the beds) every other day. They wouldn't change the sheets after several days. Messed up our reservation, had us checking out a day early. Had privacy sign on the door, they disturbed us 3 times, four times the day before . Our room window overlooked dumpsters they had for the renovations that we were not told about. When they cleaned the bathroom they didn't mop the floor, still dirty from before we checked in, behind the toilet, looked like toilet overflowed and never cleaned. They didn't vacuum the whole room, had to pickup debris by hand on floor. Toilet ran constantly. Refrigerator in room ran hot and cold. The microwave was on a narrow shelf and tipped over when we tried to use it. There was constant garbage by the front door that they never picked up. There were constant bugs flying around in our room, that was coming from the hallway which was right across from the laundry area. Noisy in the hallway mostly from house cleaning.These people did not have their act together at all. It was not worth the price we paid.
They had a wonderful breakfast every morning. Always greeted us when we came and went.
We had handicap parking available.
Hotel felt safe to stay at, good location for what we needed.
No laundry service were available, it was closed for renovations.
