"Super clean, responsive host, kitchen was well stocked. Really close to north beach!"

"Thought the cabin experience would be nice but it was as big as a shed. We froze overnight because there was no heat and got a bad night’s sleep. The accommodation was minimal. Shampoo and kitchen utensils were low end. The place is not new as it appears in the Expedia and vrbo listings. The heat never kicked on during the night. There were not enough blankets to keep us warm. We ended up sleeping fully clothed in our jackets to try to get some sleep. The grounds around the cabin are not...

"Unfortunately I had already booked an upcoming stay that I could not cancel. Noisy- mattress is junk- no air conditioning."

"The AC was not working. I had a very hard time sleeping."

"We Loved the place. Fun for all ages"

"This is my second time staying at this location. Very clean and quiet place to stay. I absolutely will come back."

"We stayed here on the last night of a week-long trip with our family of five. After growing tired of staying in hotels, we found renting a house to be a very relaxing experience. We were also weary of eating out, but thanks to a good supermarket nearby, we were able to buy groceries and enjoy meals at home."

"This was our second time staying in this house and it was just as good as the first time! We come with our 5 married kids and all of our grandkids. There is plenty of room for everyone to have a place. The kids love the slide and rarely use the stairs! The view of the lake is so gorgeous. Everything we need in the kitchen is there so we don't have to bring as much for meal prep. The neighborhood is lovely for evening walks. The pool area is nice when a break from the lake is needed. "Thought it was a great location. It was not clean leaves and hair in the shower and it was dripping. The shower curtain has black mold. No porch light on and only 1 chair. No coffee, a pot to brew coffee but no coffee or filters. Therefore not worth the price we paid."

"Great spot for our family for a weekend of fun in Bear Lake."

"We visited Garden City for the Bear Bear Lake Trifecta and did not want to rent a large townhome. This house was the perfect size. The insides are immaculate and well appointed, the beds are nice to sleep in, the washing machines are huge. All the sofas are great. Everything works great. It’s clean. It’s wonderful and on top of that, the price is fantastic. You will be glad you stayed here."
