"I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. "Esse hotel é o máximo. Fica ao lado do aeroporto de Kingston. Muito bem conservado e silencioso. A paz que buscamos depois de horas de voo. Tem uma equipe que nos atendeu muito bem. São simpáticos e muito educados. O quarto era mágico, muito grande, extremamente limpo, aconchegante e romântico. A cozinha tem uma comida maravilhosa, pedimos todos os dias e os pratos eram maravilhosos. Recomendo 100% esse lugar para ficar em Kingston."

"This is the first time my family and I have used a place such as this for vacation and it was a pleasant experience. The security was superb, and we loved the layout of the apartment. The only thing we would recommend is getting an ac unit for the living room, because when JA is hot AND humid, oh me oh my. "Here we go. As soon as I enterrd the the gate, Mr Carlos, the security officer greeted me like a bro, Ms Mermaid arranged my staycation and fixed some problems of my online reservation. Ms G. works hard to keep everything nice and clean. She even walked me to the JUTC center just in case I get lost. Good location, with beautiful pool in the yard. The service and friendship you enjoy definitely worth more than the dollars you pay. I like make this property my second home! 4 adorable shaggy...
