"The villa offers one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever experienced. I’ve visited St. Barts many times and stayed in some truly beautiful villas, but Roce Mar stands above them all. The view and the home itself are simply unmatched.The housekeeping was excellent. The cleaner was both kind and meticulous. I’m very particular about cleanliness and I had absolutely no complaints. The house manager was also incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay.I would recommend this villa...

"A wonderful and romantic stay overlooking the turquoise ocean. The villa is very pleasant, even better than in the photos. The gazebo at sunset offered us a magnificent spectacle. Private beach access is very convenient; the right side of the beach is suitable for surfing, even for beginners, while the left side is for children. My son enjoyed the pool lights, whose colors can be changed. The proximity to town is a bonus. We will be back. Alexandra"

"Isabelle was an amazing host ! Starting months before our trip she answered all of my questions and communicated immediately . She gave amazing restaurants suggestions , helped us book a boat day, a chef ,stocked the house with groceries and came to the house immediately if we had any concerns or issues . She picked is up at the airport and dropped us off and made the trip perfect and seamless. She went above and beyond she made the trip so special! We will definitely be back !"

"We loved everything about our stay. The host was responsive and always communicated promptly. It was located in such a convenient area of St Barth’s right by the ocean with the best views. Loved having wine or coffee on the porches and on the private chairs on the beach. My children loved every minute. We will stay here again!! A home away from home!! "

Our property manager host, Clément, was lovely, efficient, on time, etc. He even started us out with stocking some much appreciated refrigerator provisions. The only negative was that we thought we’d have full access to a washer and dryer, but instead housekeeper would do wash and dry for a price. And that was fine except that listing stated w/d with villa. Listing was deceiving but...
