"I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. We arrived about 4pm, unpacked the car and had a Quick Look...

"We stayed in the waterwheel apartment for 2 weeks with our 10 & 12 yr olds. The property provided plenty of space and had excellent facilities. It was immaculate with some lovely extra touches. It was a short walk into Charlestown which was the prettiest little harbour with a fabulous selection of bars and restaurants (check out the rum bar!). "Fabulous little upstairs apartment in the heart of St Austell! Comms with owner outstanding before and after. Place was Immaculate! Thick soft fluffy towels, very comfy beds, lovely linen. AMAZING powerful shower!
