🗺️ Located along the quiet and scenic Summer Haven Beach, this home sits in a peaceful oceanfront community, away from the crowds but still close to everything. You’ll enjoy a true “private beach” feel with no high-rises or public beach access nearby. Just a short drive brings you to historic downtown St. Augustine, local shops, great restaurants, and parks. It’s the perfect blend of laid-back coastal living and easy access to all the area’s attractions.

Getting Around:
🚗 A car is recommended for getting around, with free on-site parking available. You're just a short drive from downtown St. Augustine, local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available. The area is quiet and scenic, perfect for biking or morning walks along the coast. Please note, the beach road in front of the house no longer exists and there is a sandy access road at the opposite side of the house.

Other Things to Note:
💳 Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

🆔 Minimum age to rent is 25. ID verification is required.

🚘 While four-wheel-drive isn’t required, it’s highly recommended due to the road conditions. Please note that any towing or related expenses would be the guest’s responsibility.

🚫 No parties, no pets, no smoking, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
