Welcome to The Turtle Nest at Ocean Villas:

Discover the ultimate beachfront getaway in beautiful St. Augustine Beach, Florida. Our condo is the ideal place for relaxation, fun, and a wide range of activities for you and your family. Located directly on the beach with great ocean views and private beach access, it offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

Accommodations:

Thoughtfully maintained and continually updated, the condo reflects our love for the beach, comfortable living, and the St. Augustine area. Situated on the second and third stories, it features two fully furnished balconies overlooking the ocean and one of the community’s two pools. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or a relaxing dinner, these balconies offer a beautiful place to pass the time.

Inside, the well‑equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils for your convenience. The kitchen’s cold‑water tap is filtered for both drinking and cooking.

After a day at the beach or pool, unwind in the living area with cable on the 55” HD TV. If you need a quiet moment away from the activity downstairs, retreat to the master bedroom, complete with a 42” HD TV and a king‑sized bed. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle, making this beachfront condo ideal for families or groups.

We provide ample linens, including towels, beach towels, and an initial set of toiletries. A full‑size washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. If you forget any essentials, two grocery stores and Target are just minutes away. For added enjoyment, we include beach toys, board games, and two beach chairs.

Access:

Enjoy hassle‑free self‑check‑in via keypad. The gated community requires an access code for added security. Two parking tags are included with your rental; please ensure they are visible to avoid towing.

Notes:
• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited
• Motorhomes, trailers, boats, jet skis, and other recreational equipment are not permitted
• Additional county/community policies will be outlined in the rental agreement

The Turtle Nest was awesome! loved our location in the middle of everything on the property. Such a short nice walk to the beach and thank goodness for the heated pool. We were there with a large group on some cool and rainy days and at least they had the heated pool! The hosts were awesome and easy! Quick to respond always! We hope to make it back some day!

The condo was fabulous . The stairs a little tricky (12) so if you want on one level not for you . Rooms were all awesome and beautifully decorated .. beds comfy . The view of the pool was great and the balconies were awesome . Walk to the beach about 3 minutes …perfect location . Renee and Scott were awesome communicators and I would definitely recommend this for 2-4 people . Kitchen fully stocked only thing I would add is a few plastic bowls . Close drive to downtown St Augustine with so many restaurants and shops near by . We will be back and hope a monthly rate would be doable . Go enjoy this beautiful fun turtle nest condo ..you will love it .

Host was very welcoming and responsive! We loved the comfortable beds and appliances. Everything was very clean including the pools, grounds and beach! Very safe place, only complaint was the lack of insulation (some noisy neighbors next door late at night). Nothing that the hosts can do about that! Thanks for the cozy nest on the beach, hope to return some day!!

First the location was terrific! Lovely gated community with beautiful views! Private beach access and very nice community pool. The neighbors were very friendly. This area was nice and away from crowds but also close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was so clean and had all amenities you could possibly need! Typically when I book a rental, I have to go get body wash, hand soap, etc. but all were provided by the host! Kitchen was well equipped. Living room furniture was comfortable. Two bathrooms made getting ready so easy! I enjoyed having two patios to utilize. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! 10/10 excellent! Oh and sometimes this isn’t mentioned but is so helpful…the mattress was wonderful! Slept so well!

This unit is spotless and the hosts are very responsive. The beach is steps away and there are 2 pools, one of which is heated! Great for families wanting to enjoy the beach and also explore Saint Augustine. There is a Publix within 5 min drive as well as great restaurants.and amazing ice cream stores nearby! You can also take a shuttle that takes you to Saint Augustine if you don't want to deal with driving/parking there within walking distance.

Really enjoyed this place as a sea turtle enthusiast. Was decorated beautifully. Unit had everything we needed. Beach and one pool were great (one was closed). Hope to come back and stay again.

The condo was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, clean and updated. The beds were nice.Great air conditioning and fans. We enjoyed the beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes. Kitchen was nicely set up. We all enjoyed the two porches. You could hear the waves and see the ocean through the trees. It was nice to hang out on porch. Great porch furniture. The pool was great. Very short walk to the beach and great showers to get sand and salt water off. The beach was beautiful. We loved being able to walk to The Kookaburra Beachside in mornings for coffee, GF muffins and breakfast or meat pies. We walked to The Surf Stop and Mango Mangos restaurant. Our kids could take a shuttle into downtown St Augustine from the Guy Harvey hotel that was next store. They went to a music festival. It is only 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Our kids liked they could walk to get ice cream or go to Putt-Putt. It was a perfect location. The owners were very responsive and more than helpful to us. They went above and beyond for us. We would absolutely stay again. We all had an amazing time! The owners were a big part of helping us deal with a problem and with their help it made our stay even nicer!

We had an excellent visit— the Condo is very clean and just as described. The hosts communicated excellent instructions and answered any time we texted. They made us feel right at home. The condo is a nice walk to the beach and the pool is also very nice.

Beautifully decorated, great location, and awesome communication from hosts! The condo is very well stocked and has a folder with all information you will need for a great trip. The walkway to the beach and pool are close. Views from both balconies are great and furniture on both are perfect. Comfortable beds…can’t say enough! We will definitely be back!

Summer Vacation

The Turtle Nest was by far the best condo we have stayed at in St. Augustine. The Turtle Nest was very clean and well organized. It had all the amenities to get our vacation started. Scott and Renee answered any questions we had before our trip and there was even more information in the trip guide at the condo. We had the best week!!

Return to Paradise!

We were so happy to return to The Turtle Nest! It is a very special place our family feels so lucky to know. It is a truly relaxing beach vacation destination. Incredibly clean and comfortable, thoughtful amenities in every room. A location so close to the pool and beach making transition for family easy. A view from the patio so beautiful you want to savor every minute. Thank you for hosting us once again we are very grateful for the precious memories.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Turtle Nest! The property was clean, well decorated, and was perfect for a family with young kids (we especially loved the beach toys/towels/chairs provided for our use). Perfect beach location with a heated pool!
