With everything just steps away, youā€™ll love exploring the cityā€™s rich history on foot. A nearby parking spot is included with your reservation for added convenience.

The studio is furnished with a smart TV, a king-sized bed, and a full-sized convertible sofaā€”perfect for small children or a single adult. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, and mini-fridge for your everyday essentials. The large, newly renovated bathroom features a spacious stand-up shower and vanity. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults comfortably.

šŸ  Guests will have full access to the entire apartment and private balcony during their stay, offering comfort, privacy, and the perfect spot to relax in the heart of downtown. Weā€™ll send you detailed check-in instructions 24 hours prior your arrival to make the process smooth and stress-free.

The Neighborhood:
šŸ—ŗļø Centrally located in historic downtown St. Augustine on St. George Street. Walking distance to nearly all attractions and sightseeing points of interest. Stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants and establishments in town.

Getting Around:
āœØ Walking is the best way to get around downtown. Old Town Trolley is also accessible (picks up just a few hundred yards from the apartment, at the City Gates). If you are planning to go to the beaches, you will need to drive.

Other Things to Note:
šŸš­ The studio and balcony are strictly non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke outside, right below the balcony

Everything in the studio was just as advertised, really convenient to just leave your car parked and walk to all the shops down below or utilize the shuttle train that has about 22 stops throughout St Augustine with a guided tour. After the tour you are able to continue to hop on and off and utilize it as public transportation for the rest of the day until 5:00 p.m. which was awesome! Would definitely stay here again, but longer than a couple of days, since we were just passing through.

Fabulous Location

The studio was located steps away from everything but tucked back away from the noise. Having a parking spot was ideal. We barely used our cas as mostly eveything (restaurants and attractions) was walkable from the apartment. Our place was clean and comfortable with great communication from owners. Would highly recommend.

Great little studio in the historic district

This was perfect for us. We wanted a place that was walking distance to everything and this was just that. We could open the door on the balcony and hear the music from St George Street, and close it and it was nice a quiet. The management company was the most responsive I have ever dealt.

Great Getaway!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is perfect. The unit is just off St. George street so you do not get the noise from the street. Once we parked our car, we never used it until time to leave as it is easy to walk to everything. The porch on it was nice and we were on it a lot as it is pretty private. The bedding was super comfortable!

Had not been for two things, I would rate this a 9/10. 1) Room had not been cleaned upon initial check-in. Spoke with property manager who quickly corrected the issue. However, not a good first impression. 2) The door key lock was not functioning properly. Very difficult and frustrating to open. Finally had to get and use a physical key to get easy entry into the room. After that, everything was great.

Overall Amazing!!!

From the very beginning of our stay ,starting with booking all the way to checkout, this was absolutely a great experience. The location was incredible- steps away from everything but at the same time tucked away in a quiet area. We were VERY pleased with how clean the property was. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VRBO.

Great little getaway in the middle of it all

Tucked away above most of the notable shops in the historic district, this hidden little spot is perfect for sightseeing for a couple or an individual. Just looking to get away from it all. Great communication from the host, awesome location.

Wonderful location with parking spot

Very nice studio. Well equipped and clean. Excellent location. We appreciated the phone chargers that are there, even though we brought our own. Lots of outlets. We would stay here again!

Great little escape

I love St. Augustine and thought the location of this apartment was perfect. It was easy to walk wherever we wanted, including to the trolley stops. The apartment itself was a perfect respite at the end of the day. The space inside was laid out nicely and felt very homey. The little porch outside was perfect for a snack or coffee. The hosts were great!! They sent an email detailing where to park and how to get to the apartment that was easy to understand. They checked in to make sure everything was good and offered assistance if we needed it. We didn't, but I still appreciated the attention. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a getaway. Great location. Finding it was hard because they just closed off streets & the map wasnā€™t updated. So that was the only frustrating thing. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. We will go back.
