This condo was perfect for our family! The set up of bedrooms up top and living area downstairs was perfect. The location can't be beat right on the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool. There were great food options within walking distance nearby for food and we enjoyed them all (Island Donuts, Antonios Pizza, Ritas Ice Cream, and Crabbys). This was the perfect spot for our family beach getaway. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Laid back and everything was close

The condo was nice and clean, and we appreciated the beach accessories such as chairs and boogie boards to use. The only issue we had was that there was no hot water in the shower off the primary bedroom. But it did not negatively impact our stay. The condo is in the perfect location!

Nice location, nice pool

If youā€™re a Holiday Inn person youā€™ll love it. If youā€™re a 4-5 star hotel person maybe keep looking. The location and pool were great. Quick walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Why it received 3 stars: my daughterā€™s feet were constantly black. The floors need a major bleaching. Also, mold in the master shower. I see a lot of negative reviews regarding communication, they donā€™t answer the phone but respond quickly to text messages. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but it shouldnā€™t be this hard to find a clean place to stay.

Had everything we needed

Renovated unit in an older complex in a great location! Well-supplied kitchen, LOTS of towels, cushy balcony chairs with view of the pool and ocean. Comfy beds, and they even thought of dehumidifiers!Also very easy to communicate with the Evolve staff!

Leading up to check-in, communication was solid. When I arrived, I quickly noticed that the heat in the unit was not working. Saint Augustine was experiencing some of its coldest temperatures and indoor temp was in the low 60s. When I contacted the representative to address this, they were initially responsive and promised to send somebody out the following day. That never occurred and when I inquired what the techā€™s ETA was, I still never received a response. The entire stay in the unit was cold and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this didnā€™t seem to be a problem for the representatives I spoke with. Otherwise, the stay had the potential to be lovely. šŸ˜•

We stayed for my daughter's 16th birthday and brought 3 of her friends. We all loved the updated and well appointed condo. The decor was beachy but IG worthy and had plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. The girls loved walking for brunch and lunch and the beach was nice since no cars were driving in our area. Loved the comfy bed, beautiful updates and spacious living and bedrooms.

Great place but not clean

The cleaning and overall maintenance could be improved. None of this impacted the stay but was a nuisance. I will list below some of things I noticed and hope someone can improve on these items. Overall everything else was great. I would stay again in hopes of a cleaner place. Loved the location and ease of checking in/out. 1. Bunk beds were full of sand under the sheets as if they were never cleaned prior to my arrival 2. Vacuum was clogged and I took it apart to removed the excess hair and lint so that I could use it periodically to clean. 3. Master bath shower hardware is loose on the wall 4. Master bath sink faucet hardware is loose 5. Master bath toilet seat was broken on the left side hinge 6. Closet where the hot water heater is and vacuum was stored was filthy to say the least. 7. Food such as a piece of a sandwich was found under the couch. 8. Sand found under and around the edges of the living room rug as if no one vacuums or cleans this area.

Great location near pool and beach

Very roomy place for a family of five. Beach was near (50-80 yards) doorstep. Location could have been a bit cleaner; around the complex and inside the condo.

Black mold issues, and I have many photos Throws and blankets that I had to wash because they were soiled Ventilation issues due to excessive moisture on the inside windows, and there was no dehumidifier
