Our house is only 1 mile to historic St Augustine, 1 mile to St Augustine Amphitheater & short drive to the beach! We are in a great location to explore both the beaches and historic St Augustine!! Walk or take a bike ride to the light house & the Alligator Farm! Many great restaurants within walking distance. Bikes, beach towels & beach toys are available for use.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Master bedroom has a king size bed and NEW king size bed in the second bedroom. Living room, there is a twin size day bed with trundle. Custom made curtains and shower curtains through out the house. Blackout curtains in bedrooms! Fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Nice size fenced in backyard for kids to play in! Pack n play and high chair are available.

The neighborhood is located on Anastasia Island. Great family friendly neighborhood. You may need a car to explore the island. Historic St augustine is only 1 mile away, a very inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride.

The house comes with 4 adult bikes, and one with a rear child seat. *** Please note, I cannot guarantee all bikes will be in working order at the time of your visit. If you need additional bikes, there is a place to rent bikes down the street. Thank you!

Well behaved dogs only, 35 lbs and under are allowed for a $75.00 pet fee per dog. 2 dogs max.

**For guest staying for long visits, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it would be an additional cleaning fee per cleaning. I do leave cleaning supplies and vacuum and mop for my long term guest.

My husband and I manage our vacation home together. No management company. We love and enjoy our vacation home and hope you will too!

**Due to my schedule certain dates during the year, require a higher minimum night stay and required check in day unless staying longer than minimum stay.

A Great Stay

Enjoyable stay

Property manager is friendly and easy to reach. Yhe house is a little too much of a walk for us to the lions gate bridge but its a hamlndy location for beaches, O'steens, and driving or biking to old toqn. town.

Comfortable and Cute

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks this Spring. Very nice locationā€¦walking distance to historic downtown and short drive to a wonderful (dog friendly) beach and other attractions. Kitchen well stocked, even for a longer term renter who needs to cook more frequently. Neighborhood was quiet and beds were comfortable, so no sleeping issues. We spent most of our home time on the screened in back porch, which was great for coffee and even some meals. We did wish the home still had the comfy looking ottoman shown in the pic (The sharp edged coffee table did not provide a place to put your feet up) and we did buy bottled water for our stay because the tap water was a bit flavorful. But overall loved our stay and would rent again without hesitation!

Family visit to St Augustine

The property was as it was advertised. The accommodations were very comfortable and the place was well stocked. Location was good also only a short drive across the Lions Bridge to Historic St Augustine.

Our family had a great vacation at the Anastasia House. Amanda made the booking, check-in and check-out process very easy. The house had everything we needed, including bikes that my daughters enjoyed. The location is close to the state park beach, close to the historic district and in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood..

Great location at Anastasia house

Had a great stay at the house during 4th of July week! We rode the bikes to the lighthouse, to downtown, and to Anastasia state park beach. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to everything to bike or a short drive. We worked on puzzles with the kids and also cooked a lot. Overall had a great time! Great place to watch the fireworks too! Only walked a few blocks. Thanks!
