You'll have full access to the entire condo, including the screened-in porch, parking space, and all furnishings and appliances inside. Please note this is a shared condo community, so other units and their private patios/porches are not part of your rental. We simply ask that you're respectful of neighbors and shared spaces throughout your stay.

Beachfront/Anastasia Island location with a relaxed coastal vibe: beach access, the St. Augustine Pier, surf shops, casual dining and ice cream spots within minutes. A short drive northwest across the Bridge of Lions reaches Historic Downtown St. Augustine (museums, Castillo de San Marcos, cobblestone streets, guided tours). Nearby green space includes Anastasia State Park to the nouth and small neighborhood parks and marinas along the Matanzas River.

Best by car — private vehicles or rental cars provide the most convenient access to beaches, grocery stores and regional attractions. Ride‑share (Uber/Lyft) is available but can be slower on busy summer weekends. Biking and walking work well for short local trips along A1A and beachfront. Visitor options include Old Town Trolley and private tour/shuttle services for downtown sightseeing. There is limited local public bus service for some routes; expect lower frequency than in larger cities.
