Free standing cottage nestled quietly. Private Back yard completely fenced Pets are welcome. Fees apply. Completely furnished. 2 washers and dryers, internet/wifi, smart TV. All kitchen appliances. One story. The beach is a one block stroll with no major streets to cross. Keep your car at home..walk to the beach 2 minutes stroll . Downtown, St. Augustine, is a 10 minute car ride. Not a condo scene. Crescent Moon cottage is in front but completely separate. Shared laundry room.

As always, a five star stay at this property! This was our fifth year staying with Martie in Butler Beach. In the past weā€™ve stayed at the front cottage (see the Crescent Moon) but we loved the additional space of the Ooo Laa Laaa this year. You canā€™t beat the location! A two minute stroll to a pristine beach with the softest sand. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Super close to the stores and restaurants of Anastasia Island and a quick drive to historic downtown. The house is immaculately clean. They are very welcoming of pets and walking in youā€™d never know. I was even down on the floor looking for something under the couch, with my nose thisclose to the carpet and there is zero pet smell. Martie, your cleaning team is top notch. The house is so well stocked. You literally just have to show up and buy some groceries. Sheā€™s thought of everything.The backyard is also immaculate. We enjoyed the space in the backyard and nightly smores in the fire pit. We canā€™t wait to be back next summer!

Great Place!

My husband and I spent 9 weeks here (not long enough) and loved it. Martie is terrific and communicates promptly. The property is steps from the beach and you don't have to cross A1A. Everything you need is there and it was very clean and neat. The only problem we had was that it was already rented for next year. Hopefully we will book early enough to come back the year after next. Thanks for everything Martie, you have a winner with this property!

The owner was fantastic with communication. The property was perfect for two to four people, and the fenced in back yard was fantastic for the puppies. We have rented numerous properties before, and this one was the best equipped of any we have stayed in. There were games, Roku and DirecTV. We hope to book it again.

Dog friendly and close to beach

Fenced in backyard perfect for our dog. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The house is clean and decorated in a very fun manner. Martie, our host, is readily available and does a great job explaining house details. This was our second year and we hope to make it back next year.

Fantastic Stay!!

We enjoyed our time so very much! When we arrived we had a very minor issue with the hot water and Martie had a plumber out first thing the next morning to have it fixed. The house was so fun. I LOVE the decorations and all of the little artsy things. The back yard was fantastic for our 13 year old baby. She enjoyed the ability to walk out the back door and be safely confined while enjoying sitting with us. You will find everything you need when you stay here! And a less than 5 minute short walk to the beach is amazing. Take the time to walk around the streets and see the local houses and their garden areas. You will not be disappointed. I miss it there already!

Butler beach experience!!

We love Martieā€™s place!!! This is our 4th visit to Martieā€™s . We usually stay in the front unit but decided to try the 2bdrm in back and we including 2 King Charles spaniels loved the fenced back yard. Home is so close to Beach and restaurants ! We will be back when we get the beach bug again. Thx again Martie!!!

Winter getaway

We were thrilled with the house itself and were pleased that it was so close to the beach. We had everything we needed right there and happily spent our time walking on the beach and playing in the yard with the dog. The owner was a great host & has thought through everything.
