Please note that the pool is solar heated and depends on the amount of sunlight that the solar panels are exposed to. It can be very chilly in the winter months, usually only about 10 degrees warmer then the pool would be without a heater

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

ā˜… NO SMOKING INSIDE ā˜…
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

4th of July 2025

2 couples. We're all from Orlando. We had the best time! My friend brought her blowup big screen and projector we had a movie night in the pool, watched Jaws...it was a vibe. The house had everything, it was perfect! We will definitely be back!! The host had good response time when we had questions.

Paradise Retreat! This place was exactly what we needed. The owners have thought of everything! From beach towels and boogie boards for the pool/beach to board games, movies and books for those rainy Florida days. The kitchen was well appointed and we were well stocked on such things like laundry and dishwasher soap, paper towels and toilet paper (Iā€™ve had to purchase additional items on my own in other rentals) The trek to the beach wasnā€™t too bad but if you take the public path indicated by the map, heads up-LOTS of stairs. We had a wagon so we took the short drive to the parking lot entrance just south of the home.We had such a wonderful time, which was spent mostly in the pool and the lanai. We did venture out and see the sights, but we spent the majority of our time at the house.. why leave paradise? lolWe did have one unforeseen issue that was weather related and the owner was very responsive and handled everything quickly. Would I recommend this home?? Of course! 10000% we were so pleased with our stay.

Wonderful Place!

The house was very clean and comfortable. They thought of all the extras and had great recommendations for local places to try for food and coffee. The pool was wonderful and was used daily by the kids!

Loved everything about this home!

My husband and i loved this property! Location was great! Walking distance to a beautiful beach. Pool was perfect! Just like bathwater, which we loved! Enjoyed the enclosed porch so much that i sat outside watching tv everynight. This time of year is the best time to visit Florida! We will definitely keep this one on our list for the next visit to Florida.

What a cute cottage

Very impressed with this super cute cottage. Very clean and well appointed. An impressive back yard with a pool and a spacious screened porch. Extra large master bedroom with sitting area. A lot of thought went into creative beach decor inside and out. The next time we come to st Augustine we will definitely stay here again!!

Nice little place!

We had a great time at Island breeze. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Nice little pool, just wish it had been warmer weather so we could have enjoyed it more! Very nice screened in porch with nice furniture and a great TV. Owner was very helpful with any issues we had. Would definitely recommend and will book again if we are back in this area!

We had stayed in St. Augustine a few years ago and stayed closer to downtown this time we were looking for something quiet and close to the beach. This property had all of that. We were there for a month and felt like a local . The back screen porch was our favorite spot. Nice lounge chairs and a big tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook .coffee on the back patio in the morning and then a quick walk your at the beach .check out the Saturday farmers market. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.. walk to our favorite restaurant the elk house. . Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Wonderful house

My family of 4 had a great week at this property. It was perfect for my wife, two kids, and myself. The house is exactly as described in the listing. The interior appears newly renovated and the backyard/pool area is private. We really enjoyed the pool and the lenai is nice. The house is a short walk to the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful

The house was awesome. This is the nicest home i have every stayed at. Everything was avaiable at our finger tips. The touches made you feel right at home. Jessica was wonderful and answered any questions that i had. I highly recommend this home.
