Property was amazing, decent size pool, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed. just about 5 minute walk to the beach. minutes from restaurants and gas station and ice cream shops. parking on site is ten per day. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø

I canā€™t think of anything negative about this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Itā€™s in a great location. I would definitely stay there again.

The stay was perfect two day trip. Beach was across the street and plenty of places to dine. The room looked updated and very clean. Bed was super comfy. All staff was very professional and friendly. I would stay again

It was a nice hotel. The pool and breakfast was good. It's just across the road from the beach. There are a lot of cute restaurants nearby. The room was fine and we had no issues during our stay. They do charge $10 per night to park.

Very nice location, close to amphitheater, is walkable to many restaurants due to the fact thereā€™s no restaurant or bar on site. Very clean and across the street from the ocean, comfy beds and big bathrooms. I would recommend this place.Also They do have vending machines and you can get pizza delivered. surprisingly quiet after a concert.

I loved the location, which was walking distance to the beach. The hotel was very clean everyone is friendly. The only things nag we were not happy about was the hot tub was cold.

The room had recently been redone and it was very clean and the bathroom was very spacious. It was very quiet as well.

Jacuzzi was cold and Not warm or hot. Just a giant bubble machine with luke warm water. Towels had hairs all over them. Toilets barley flush and take 3 to 4 minutes to fill. Entry door to room has 1 inch gap the length of the door. All electrical outlets very odd places like behind the mirror in bathroom by the door. Breakfast was wet corn beef hash they charge for parking no elevator. Sliding barn door for bathroom you can see and hear anyone in the bathroom in the room. Loud cleaning crew on cell phones in parking lot during the day.

Clean place and fair price. Did have to pay for parking but it was only 10 dollars a day. Not bad for being on A1A. Overall was glad we picked this place for our vacation

Hotel was ok. But nowhere did it say there was a daily parking charge for their own parking lot. Just really tired of everyone squeezing you for every penny they can get. Just give me the total price, with out hidden charges

Property was nice. Hot tub jets were not working properly hardly any ports working and the 2 that were you could hardly feel. Beds need to be updated as not very comfortable. Door stuck every time you would try to close it, you would have to slam it to shut

Potential to be a great hotel...good location, great breakfast, nice pool area, personable staff, remodeled rooms with excellent bathroom lighting and quality towels. Negatives include room floor very dirty, very poor lighting in main room, no light or power outlet(s) at desk, barn door to bathroom does not close completely, shower/tub faucet not secured well to wall, toilet a bit loose from wall, not enough hooks for hanging towels, privacy door hangers fall to ground with just a little wind, and a hallway spill outside our door running almost all the way to reception was never cleaned up during our 2-night stay.

I was surprised at sign in that there is a separate fee for parking. That did not come up during the booking process with Expedia. Maybe its in the fine print somewhere - just be aware that they charge $10/day for parking.

Room was clean upon arrival but never cleaned after that. Room was a bit small but renovated. Beds were good. Pool was ok. Hot tub not hot first day but hot next day. Breakfast was ok. Free & some variety. Parking was a bit tight. Extra parking charge was crazy. Beach was across the street & down short road. A few small places to get food. Closest Publix was closed. Short drive town.
