Enjoy this gold rated 2/2 Big Sur condo with lanai popularly located on ground floor of the Village Las Palmas Units. This floor plan is one of the most popular floor plans for renters. This unit is newly remodeled and upgraded with ceramic tile flooring throughout, new cherry wood cabinetry and beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoy water softener, newly tiled master shower, and new patio furniture. It's furnished with new leather contemporary style furniture, nautical theme throughout, 3 flat screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen, new washer/dryer, linens, bath towels and beach towels.

We offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with newly tiled walk-in shower, toilet and master bath vanity & walk in closet. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The partially enclosed air conditioned (only during summer months) lanai is substituted for our third bedroom. It has a twin daybed and a full size futon. There is also a roll away twin bed stored in the closet for those wh o need a little extra room. Baby equipment rentals: Babyequip com. The guest bath has a deep tub/shower combo, toilet & vanity.

For your morning coffee, we have a new screened in patio and new patio furniture. Our condo is in a great location with a lagoon view and within steps to the Village Las Palmas pool and the Atlantic Ocean. You can relax to the sounds of the ocean waves and/or view the lagoon fountains.

Ocean Gallery amenities include: four outdoor swimming pools, 1 indoor heated indoor swimming pool. 5 heated Jacuzzi, 4 well-lit cushioned tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball court, ping-pong, 2 dry & steam combination saunas, fitness center, 2 lighted racquetball courts, basketball court, children's playground and lots of area to stroll, or jog through the acres of gardens and wildlife. Grills are located at two of the pools, & large gazebo located on the boardwalk. There is a 24 hour manned gated security entrance and Ocean Gallery offers access to the beach with two private boardwalks.

Just felt that having to empty the water bucket from the portable air conditioner every 6 hrs was a total pain. Also can't understand why you would vent the hot air from it onto the screened in porch, the temp is already hot without the additional heat

We came down from Michigan for my daughterā€™s spring break. The place was so cozy, plenty of space for a week or for a snowbird staying for months. Each morning I enjoyed my coffee on the lanai while reading my book. It was the best to start the day so relaxed. The owners were quick to respond but really we didnā€™t have any problems. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Ocean Gallery. We would be very interested in coming back to this complex next year. We did check on the availability and cost through the complex versus going through Vrbo. We were very surprised with how much more we paid with Vrbo. It was a significant difference which was very disappointing.

The place is really nice and very spacious. I love that it provides enough beds and rooms for six people. The couch and seating in the living room are very comfortable. I especially love the indoor/outdoor heated pool. The beach is absolutely beautiful.The only downside is that the living room can be quite dark, as there isnā€™t enough natural light coming in. Additionally, the supply of washing soap, toilet paper, and other essentials is limited, so I had to purchase more to last the entire week.Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay!

Very nice. Needed the property unexpectedly to be part of a larger family beach vacation. When entering data into the VRBO site, we made a typo on the contact information and had to reconcile to get communication. VRBO required us to communicate with property owners who were great, and went out of our way to adjust our error and accomodate our request. It was a lovely week.

It was an amazing vacation. This condo had everything we could possibly need. From coolers to pots and pans, we didnā€™t want for a thing. It has plenty of room with every amenity you could possibly need. Next time we go to st Augustine this will be the condo we rent.

A beautiful vacation for two weeks with my family. The ocean, the pools are just steps away from the spacious, well maintained condo which is equipped with everything needed to enjoy our time together. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked this unit for 2025. Thank you Terri and Greg.

This was a very spacious condo close to the beaches, restaurants and local attractions. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the screened lanai. We sat out there almost every day. We also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor swimming pool and hot tub which just a short walk from the condo. Weā€™re planning to stay here again next year if possible.

This first floor Ocean Gallery condo is a comfortable place for a winter family vacation with a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals. It is conveniently located a short walk to the community heated indoor pool and access to the beach. it is also en easy drive to Publix, restaurants and activities on the island as well as in St. Augustine. However, if you plan to visit the quaint, historic town during the Christmas holiday season when almost every building is decorated with thousands of white lights, expect traffic congestion and long lines in St Augustine. Also, keep in mind that the weather in this area can be chilly in December and January, so meals will be around the inside table rather than on the lovely lanai, and the third bedroom space may be chilly at night but a lovely space to read or chat during a sunny day.

The weather didn't exactly cooperate but we still enjoyed our visit. There was an issue with the plumbing and the owner had someone respond and make repairs timely. The walk to the beach wasn't too bad. The property has a lot to offer. This was our 1st time staying at Ocean Gallery and look forward to coming back.

We so enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable, stay. The condo was wonderful! we especially loved the beach towels, toys for the kids beach chairs and a big hit was the boogie board. I will definitely be booking another stay next year. Thank you!

The condo was lovely. It was probably the coziest, cleanest, most comfy condo my family and I have stayed in, in St. Augustine. The extras provided about places to go, where to eat, were really unexpected and very thoughtful. It was a great time, short walk to the beach and pools. The property owners were very nice people and I think experienced enough that they're able to keep their place in really good condition all year long. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back next year!

We had a great time during our stay at 41 Las Palmas. The place was clean, there were clear instructions when we arrived, and the walk to the beach was easy. Our kids loved the pools and the workout room was a plus. We would definitely come again.

The owners had everything you needed! Location is quiet and relaxing. The only inconvenience was there was 1 grill for the entire complex at the main pool by the beach. There isnā€™t a grill at all pool locations.

Excellent end unit with quiet neighbours, well stocked with almost everything! Beach chairs, towels and dishes. Brand new looking appliances. Heated pool was fantastic, smaller pool with hot tub was a nice quiet retreat. Beach was perfect for walking and so wide! Bring your own tissues, paper towel, garbage bags and extra tp. Two main bedrooms give total privacy with own bathrooms.

The property was cute and clean and had everything you could need to feel at home during your stay. It was easy to find and close to all of the historic Saint Augustine activities, many restaurants, and the beach! Everyone at the resort was very friendly also. I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family. The owners were very responsive whenever I had a question. Check in and check out were easy. No surprises here, we loved it!
