"This was our third stay at this hotel. We had to wait in the lobby during check-in for them to “inspect” our room. When we got to our room, the floor was sticky, there were no wash clothes, no soap, and the shampoo was empty. We called the front desk to ask for shampoo, waited 30 mins and they never showed up. We were trying to get ready to go out for dinner at this point. So, I went downstairs to get it from someone else. The lady that answered the phone about shampoo knocked on our door 2...

"The staff were friendly and courteous. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was super quiet. The lighting was the soft incandescent (non-day light) lighting which is conducive to sleep. My only suggestion is it would be nice if they had a hot tub. "

She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. "
