Apartamentos em Sri Lanka

"The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested. However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day."

"Nice stay"

"The apartment was spacious and overlooked the swimming pool, which is lovely. The gardens are well-kept and full of birds, it's a charming and relaxing retreat, and walking distance from the beach and restaurants/resorts."

"Clean and comfortable place. Staff was helpful in checking in and out"

""Loved every second of my stay at Ocean Sea Breeze! The host was very welcoming and polite — truly made me feel at home away from home. A solid 5-star rating from me. Thank you, Dr.""

"Superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique sur Colombo. Tout est parfait sauf la procédure de Check in qui est insupportable : vous recevez un lien quelques jours avant où vous devez renseigner beaucoup d’informations et notamment vos pièces d’identité et une fois sur place, on vous oblige à recommencer… c’est une perte de temps !!! Hormis ce désagrément, l’endroit est très chouette"

"It was better stay closer to all the attractions"

"This APL apartment is out of business Already my credit card has been charged. Contact customer service at Expedia no one call back "

"I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice. No wifi TV that only allows playback via devices Made for very lonely evenings. Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day. Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe....

"Clean, pristine, welcoming place. The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable and very easy to communicate with. The staff are professional, courteous, friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond. Kalena, Poornima (staff at front desk) are amazing and do what they do with respect and passion and happiness. The manager (Mr Sherif) is simply very friendly and polite and respectful. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people. The security guards are always working...
