"The cabin was clean, cozy and affordable. Host made himself available for anything that came up during the week and it did. Our boat trailer tire picked up a screw off the road and Bill got back to us right away when we asked him for information on where to get the tire repaired. Long driveway made it easy to park our boat."

"We had two large families stay here and found the property to be very clean, well stocked, and as advertised. There is no air conditioning in this home, so it got very hot! But, we knew that from the listing and packed a few extra fans which I would recommend. The property owner was very communicative and helpful. Overall, a great stay."

"The cabin was great!!! Super clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed utensils. Lovely, considerate extras: ice, bottled water, fresh flowers, and so much more! We spent 2 nights as a couple and 2 more as grandparents of 2 boys (3&10). Such valuable memories and happy experiences. Beach was quiet and clean with anything you could hope for!!! So grateful for Carmen’s generosity. "

"It’s a good location to do everything Northern east coast from Mackinac Island to Tawas and points inland. The cabin is spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but you don’t want to spend a lot of time in there anyway. Communication with the host was/is excellent and timely. The screen on the door needed repair when we arrived, but I contacted the host to inform them that it was like that when we arrived, so all was good. We enjoyed the beach, Oscoda, Tawas, and...

"Stayed just for a weekend and will definitely be staying again! The location was perfect! We loved being right on the beach and waking up to the gorgeous sunrise.
