The Master Bedroom boasts a private balcony and jacuzzi tub for your own escape.

With a total of 4 spacious bedrooms + 2 pull out sofas the FarmHouse can accommodate 12 guests. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms.

The gorgeous Country kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room table can comfortably seat everyone.

Post and beam interior with 17' ceilings open to the sitting area loft above. Great Room with wood burning fireplace provides a cozy ambiance to unwind with family and friends.

Dedicated office area with high speed internet.

Exercise room complete with Nordic Track treadmill, and elliptical machine. Ping pong table, outdoor basket ball net. Nintendo Switch, board games, reading library

Guests have access to entire interior during their stay. Full access to the fenced pool area, backyard and surrounding grounds area -with the strict exception of the barn and horse field -is permitted.

Other things to note
1. Please be advised the pool is open seasonally from mid-May to end-Sept (weather permitted) There is an additional charge of $35 per day if you wish the pool to be heated to 82' during your stay.

2. Maximum guest limit is 12. Any addition guest is $115/night per guest - as permitted.

3. Firewood can be provided for an additional fee if arranged in advance

4. If you are interested in booking our space for a private event, please message us directly with details of your event. The guest maximum is firm and requests for larger gatherings or family reunions cannot be accommodated on this platform.

5. No smoking or vaping indoors. Designated space.

6. Pet fee of $50 per pet applies to all reservations and must be added at booking. Guests are required to clean up after their pet

7. No unauthorized parties or guests.

8. As needed Maintenance staff could attend the property daily to attend to the horses
