"It seems in the past it might used to the be good, looking at the infra. We arrived and there was no one at the check in - it was closed. Thee was a nunber to be called, but no one answered. Finally, I found an on-site worker who knew someone ( not the person at the sign ) that could help me. A very nice old lady who did hsr best but could barely find the key. Finally, having found the key, we went to the room. Besides the bed, that was nice, everything else was serioulsy dirty, I mean, DIRTY....

"We have rented many properties across Europe and the United States, but I can honestly say that this was one of the nicest we've stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and extremely comfortable and spacious. The pictures just don't do it justice. Everything we needed was supplied, even hand soap at every sink. And the creek out back! We couldn't get enough of it! Would love to return again some day."

"We decided to stay at this property because we loved how close it was to the National Parks and loved the idea that we had a river for our pups to play in. "This property is absolutely beautiful. The river runs just below the area and the sound of the water is so nice and calming. They have coffee for the mornings which i truly appreciated! 2 seperate buildings for bathrooms and a separate space with showers (partially outside, rock floors and open roof! Also access to the river with steps made of large rocks. Everyone was helpful and friendly. "

"The cottage is a very comfortable place to stay, and we were sorry when our 4 days there came to a close. Communication with the property owners is probably the best I have ever experienced. "Very nice host. The place is very cozy and nostalgic. Close to Sequoia park entrance. Once entered the mountain area, my carrier is T-Mobil and there is no signal at all in Three Rivers. host offers wifi, but WiFi won’t be able to support video streaming online. There are board games and many books for guests to kill the time. The WiFi module makes some noise and if it truly bothers, you can unplug it before bed. Overall great experience! "

"The location was perfect, close to Three Rivers restaurants and it was less than a 10 minute drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. There was some great bird watching and beautiful views from the backyard and deck spaces. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed.
