The room was big, had everything we needed, cozy big bed, bathroom linens etc. There are robes in the room and small toiletries as well. The owner, Ron, is delightful and so accommodating. Breakfast was big and filling. Coffee hot! Easy access, plenty of parking, absolutely zero complaints. No fuss, which is nice to comparable options. No to-do lists. Just a gorgeous house, a comfy bed, hot breakfast, and a wonderful...

"The room was small but okay since it was only me, it was very clean and had hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided - nice! Unfortunately, between the heat coming on with loud whirring and some strange, loud water gurgling sound, I didn’t get much sleep. The location is very convenient for people wanting to walk around and shop around Yellow Springs or hike in the local state parks."

"Be aware. This property is not like the pictures. Carpet is worn down and literally falling apart. There’s no elevator and doors to the outside are not locked or secured. Room was dingy and worn down. Smelled like dog.
The only decent thing was the front desk guy that was kind and helpful."
