"Our stay at the Majestic Resort was everything we hoped for and more! We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo on the 4th floor, and the location was absolutely perfect — just high enough to enjoy incredible Gulf views, but low enough to quickly access the beach and pools without long elevator waits. "We had a wonderful stay. I was impressed with the communication with the property manager. They delivered all of the information we needed with perfect timing. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, staff were very accommodating and friendly. The parking underneath the building is limited but we were able to find a space ~80% of the time. "Filthy place The age of the hotel doesn't justify the filthiness of the place. As we arrived at night, it felt like we were entering a horror movie attraction. The elevator is made of plywood. The floor is cement and is damaged throughout the property. There are drips coming out of the light bulbs. The room is really filthy. On the carpet under the bed there was onion rings!!!! We bought lysol disinfectant spray to spray on everything. Bikini is not a resort! The beach in front is beautiful! Look for other accommodation. "
