"It was nice. The beds were comfy and other than the carpet needing cleaned in the room everything else was good. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The staff and service was great and the daily breakfast was amazing! The location has easy access to shopping, dining, and grocery stores."

"Limpeza decepcionante, pedi mais de 4 vezes para limparem o chão que estava muito sujo, com muito pó, e nada fizeram. Somente na quinta vez foram limpar falando para mim que já tinham limpado. Ao terminar retiraram MUITA sujeira. Cama horrível, a cabeceira é de ferro, ao se mexer você se acorda a todo momento pois faz MUITO barulho. "

"Wanted to bypass traffic in Nashville on our way south and took a bypass that landed us at this awesome hotel. I do not do a lot of reviews but this hotel was worthy!! Very clean, comfortable and desk staff were very nice!! We will definitely book here again if we travel 65 towards Chattanooga. "

"Check in was an issue with payment not going through. Receptionist was very good and in the end transaction was processed - she was very patient. Nice to have a bath as these are rare these days. Room was clean and tidy. Cleaner came to offer to clean the room but he wasn't required."

"Every time I’ve stayed here the service has been amazing clean rooms and attached to the Mint Gaming hall (casino) so it’s been fun but the last time no one came and changed out towels or bedding the entire week but the rest of the staff was amazing and helpful and 30-40 minutes from Nashville 20 from Bowling Green I love this place"

"The bathroom was disgusting. Mold on all surfaces and all the fixtures were rusted from moisture. The clothed chairs in the breakfast area were sooo dirty and stained that I would not sit on them. They offered toast with frozen butter, no jam, honey or peanut butter. They offered cream cheese and no bagels. They cream for you coffee was no name powdered coffee whitener from Walmart. The evening desk lady was awesome! The morning guy was about as dumb and lazy as they come. "
