We were disappointed we did not receive a free bottle of water upon check in, like other TRU hotels. Also would have liked to have had a laundry bag in room. Hotel was clean."

Clean rooms and facilities, friendly and accommodating staff, pools, splash pad for the kids, a coffee bar by the pool, restaurants and bar. We spent the night halfway between our destination and had a great experience with our three kids. "
