Three families could stay with children and not be crowded, although we were all adults and had only up to 10 at any given moment. The hot tub was lovely and the surrounding property just beautiful. "We had a lovely weekend ski trip with friends here and everything was excellent. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Plenty of room in the driveway for lots of cars, had a tricky time connecting the Bluetooth speaker to the projector but our host Eric was very helpful in talking us through how to connect it. Hot tub was hot and worked great all weekend, I was honestly very impressed with how well it was able to maintain its heat in single digit temperatures outside....

The only 2 things that I would have liked would have been for there to be a television (there was a monitor in the bedroom that we moved into the living room to stream from Chromebook) and an actual fireplace instead of wood burning stove but to be clear those are not complaints nor eif just a wish list. "The place is beautiful and the stay was fantastic. It is up a couple mile hill/road from the center of town, just long enough to make you feel you are out of the hustle. The property presents very well. The rooms are large for private space with 2 common rooms that are just as large for group time.
