Beautiful home and lake with plenty of chances for watching wildlife and others enjoying the lake. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect place to unwind and relax! "

"Second year staying at the property. The location was much quieter than last year and we had no issues with the area. Love the proximity to coffee (2 mins), grocery (4 mins) and Grandpa Joe's candy emporium store (8 mins). House was clean and we appreciate the stocked items made available. Wifi Internet didn't appear to be working but we don't really use it during our stay."

"What a delightful place - we stayed here for roughly a week as we moved our daughter into a downtown Dayton apartment and we could not have been happier! The location was ideal and everything was clean and exactly as described. Lots of wonderful attention to detail and respect for guest comfort and the house itself is absolutely charming.
