"Lighting sucked in the room. Key cards didn't work very well. Floor tiles cracked in bathroom. Spots on bed spread. Breakfast was ok after I got them to fill both coffee pots. Biscuits were dense and cold. A lady in front of us had trouble getting waffle out of waffle iron stuck real bad. When I used it I had to look for the non stick spray and found it in a drawer. I noticed lady putting it back in drawer after I was done like were not supposed to use it."

"Many light bulbs burned out. When I called to have them replaced, I found out that the phone was unplugged. I connected it to hear all circuits are busy...3 times. Went to front desk, told them and was told we will get someone on it. Never did! Stains in sink, Musty smell throughout room. Supposed to be nonsmoking.
