Our place is a spacious, bright, happy and very comfortable 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in the heart of Springdale! You will be so happy you didn't choose a cramped hotel room as soon as you walk into this place! I can't tell you how many times I've heard "wow this place is even bigger than I thought!" from our guests.
We are travelers too and very much appreciate clean, comfortable and well stocked places! So we definitely do everything we can to ensure that our guests feel at home here!
Our rental features two bedrooms each appointed with a queen size bed, always nice and clean linens and 4 pillows each bed, night stands and reading lamp. There is also a quaint open closet space in each room to hang your clothes and stash your bag. The sizable bathroom has a shower/bath combo and a toilet. The double sinks and mirrors are separate from it so that no one gets stuck waiting to brush their teeth before you leave for your adventure! There are nice bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a hairdryer, BAMBOO toilet paper, bandaids, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided. We do what we can to make you feel at home and covered!
Our full kitchen keeps it simple, but we've made sure it is stocked with everything you need. There is a full sized stainless refrigerator, oven and micro hood, dishwasher, dishes for 6, plenty of glasses, simple baking wares, spatulas, wine cork, knives, scissors, blender, a drip coffee maker and a french press (for those like me that prefer it). We stock dish cloths, towels, soaps and garbage bags. Some spices (but we keep it very basic). There is seating for 6 at the large concrete bar. Our kitchen and living room share a generously sized open room with 8 windows for you to enjoy the views of Zion!
We have newly added a queen size (NO springs, memory foam) hide-a- bed couch to go along with our super comfy couch. Oh yes, plenty of seating here. This allows for us to accommodate another 2 guests. ***Please let us know at time of booking if you will need the use of this so that we can leave extra sheets, pillows and towels. They are not always keep in the apartment. There is a small extra charge for over 4 guests. Please feel free to contact Zabrina if you have questions or concerns though! We are here to help.
There are 2 smart tv's in our apartment. One in the living room and one in the 2nd bedroom. We have Directv and a DVD player and guests are welcome to log in to their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. accounts on the smart tvs.
The easy to control thermostat for the heating and air conditioning is located in the hallway.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in this super fun and convenient apartment.

Located in the heart of Springdale, you will be able to park and easily walk around to local restaurants, shops and the shuttle stop. Truly a fantastic location!
