"Stephanie has done an amazing job of restoring this Victorian home to it's former glory. It's beautiful and comfortable. Stephanie is an excellent hostess offering hot beverages & snacks anytime and a wonderful gormet breakfast in the morning. She also has a nice collection of stories & pictures of her home, the former owners and history of the area. I can highly recommend staying here."

"When checking in we had an issue with our reservations, and the woman (don’t remember her name) at the desk was wonderful about straightening out the issue. The room was very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommended this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. We will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"Star was incredibly helpful! I got locked out of my car for a few hours and if it weren’t for them I would not have gotten back in. The ladies behind the desk were very nice and understanding and I had a lovely experience (aside from being locked out)."

"Very accommodating for our 2 med. size dogs when we had a last min snafu with boarder! Rm 201 (pet-ok room) was very spacious and convenient for taking them outside."

"The only difficulty was how to get the shower to spray. A tricky knob to pull down where water comes out. I had to go ask. Otherwise, a great stay!"

" No one was at the desk until 9:00 in the morning. No regular coffee in the room, only decaf! Pool and whirlpool were great! Room was great! Breakfast was nice! Eggs, cereal, yogurt, different breads, fruit, milk, orange juice, but weak coffee. "
