Nearby is an outdoor Kitchen offering a 6 burner built-in BBQ top with a peninsula, an outdoor dining table with built in bench seating for up to 7, Fire pit, and lounging area with sun bathing chairs. Night activities can be lit up with built in lighting and smart & solar lights throughout the patio.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles,

Hillside Retreat does sit on a Hillside and has quite the incline for a driveway. If this is uncomfortable for you, we recommend parking on the street and getting a small walk out of it. The home has WiFi, heating, and air

conditioning, security camera mounted on and directed at the exterior of the home in order to monitor the safety of the property and so we may ensure compliance with

▸ The hot tub does run 24/7, so please DO NOT TURN IT OFF. It will take a very long time to heat up again to 102°.

▸ The outdoor barbecue island does run on propane, so open the doors directly beneath the grill and turn the propane tank to the left. Once you do that, push the knobs inward, and then to the left until you hear a spark. Once it sparks, it should be on which you can verify by looking at the igniter line.

▸ The same goes for the fireplace. The rock shaped speakers outside are also for your enjoyment. Just turn them on and click the Bluetooth connection button and the speakers will give you the next steps.
