Tie up your own vessel at the 36’ dock (with both permanent and floating sections), or launch one or all 4 of the house’s kayaks to explore hidden canals, or head out on a charter to scallop, fish, and chase dolphins at sunset. Back at the house, gather on the shaded patio for grilling and games, or steal a quiet moment on the wraparound porch, screened verandah, or upper balcony. Inside, sunlight fills three inviting bedrooms and two modern baths, sleeping 8 comfortably—or up to 10 with the sofa bed. Here, every day flows with ease, laughter, and the magic of Florida’s Gulf waters.

Inside, the home offers a bright, open layout with three cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. With a king, queen, two doubles, and a sofa bed, there's room for everyone. The wraparound porch, screened verandah, and upper balcony offer beautiful spots to unwind and take in the views.

Your privacy is our highest priority. The only exception is our discreet groundskeeper, who may enter the property solely to perform essential maintenance such as lawn care or upkeep. They will never initiate or have direct contact with you, our valued guest.
