Double Waterfront Property with Amazing Views & Private Pool

Relax and unwind in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private swimming pool. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the marshland from the front yard while sipping your morning coffee. Also enjoy the screened in back patio that overlooks the pool and the direct access canal and dock. All bedrooms, the living room, and the back patio include a flat screen TV. The property includes access to two bikes and two kayaks for guest use. The dock can be used for fishing but guests must bring their own fishing equipment. The marina and boat ramp are located within a mile of the house. The dock is available if you would like to bring your own boat. If you wish to heat the pool, there is an additional fee of $25 per night.

We do have an active camera on the front of the house for security purposes. The security camera in the back by the pool is disabled (battery removed) for our guestsā€™ privacy.

Beautiful house, they thought of all of our needs. My only suggestion is to buy a kids bike. My family rented a boat, kayaking, swimming in pool and canal. We were greeted by a dolphin on our first day. Enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Eagle Nest.

Perfect house for 4 adults and two kids. We all enjoyed the pool and fishing off the private dock. Its close to lots of cute local restaurants and Weeki Wachi Springs State park. We spent a day at the springs and watched the mermaid show and swam and snorkeled in the springs.

My family (myself husband 12 and 14 year old kids) loved this property. The house is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, the reclining leather couches are outstanding. Plenty of room for us to have our own space but also to sit together. Communication with the management company was stellar. We adored the heated pool. Sunsets were beautiful over the canal. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful right on the water pool overlooking water. Hose was perfect for us clean well decorated. The dock was nice just to sit on very quiet neighborhood. I can only say good things was a very relaxing atmosphere and host was very quick to answer. Any questions we will go again..

This is it, book it now. If you have wiggly kids you and old and grown-ups this place has it all. Comfortable clean and the room with twin beds has an extra trundle underneath awesome surprise. Steps out to beautiful salt water pool (makes water soft and you more floaty but not too salty, doesn't hurt eyes or leave a bad taste in your mouth. Property looks directly out over canal , private dock and kayaks :) we had a blast watching Daddy fish while we soaked in the pool. No schlepping endless stuff to the beach only to leave in an hour. Porch was partially shaded with nice little lounge furniture. So relaxing and so well decorated, stocked and clean. Beds were super comfy ( I have a terrible back and they were great) TVs in every bedroom and giant one in living room. Owner answer a wifi question in 5 minutes via the app (VRBO) We were too excited to realize everything was posted clearly on the fridge. Can't say enough lovely things about this property and area. Don't miss the silver dolphin restaurant, Lee lio tiki hut was good and we didn't make it to the lazy lizard today , may go on our way out. We spent a day at Weeki wachee and saw the mermaids , so cute :) Walmart 10 minutes away tucked in a forestry entrance great for last minute meds or coffee run for anything you forget. We will be back! Such an awesome place šŸ˜„

This was our 2nd time renting this property and just like the first were happy we did. The host is very responsive and accommodating. There were plenty of towels and supplies for us. The home is in a great location if you are renting a boat or bringing one, just a short ride to the Gulf. The pool is cute and the home is very clean, cozy and spacious. We will come back to this home again and again and highly recommend. If you stay I recommend the little restaurant up the road called Lei-Lo Tiki awesome food.

The location was perfect for us. Close to some good restaurants and local attractions. The fishing was great for the guys and we really enjoyed the pool. The property was very clean and well maintained. We definitely will be back!

Our family used this house during a spring break visit to the area to see other family members. It was a wonderful experience! The house is beautifully maintained and anything you could want was available. Our children enjoyed the pool. A highlight of the trip for our 4 year old was seeing dolphins right off the dock several times in the evening. We will definitely be returning to this house.

From the comfy bed to the heated pool, everything was perfect with the house. The communication was easy and immediate with questions I had. I stayed 2 weeks and can't think of anything I would change or suggest.

Beautiful house and nicely remodeled. Very clean inside and out. Would definitely stay again! Pool was heated, nice and warm on day 2 of stay. We caught little fish off the dock and threw them back. Thanks again!

Well, what can we say. First I must say the owners are the most accommodating we have ever dealt with with quick responses and working with us to ensure we had a great time. Now the house! We usually get a 4 bedroom for rentals but since one room had two beds, we opted for a 3 bedroom since the kids could share a room and it was the closest to the Gulf and had a dock for a boat and fishing and was reasonably priced. The home is extremely clean and cozy and well stocked. The view out of the back is completely breathtaking with the water. We did see a couple of manatees and I am quite sure I saw a dolphin fin. The pool was extremely clean and we loved the bottom which had little mermaids and shells that were shiny. We have never stayed in Hernando Beach and were unsure about it, but after discovering the flats (mile marker 25) we had so much fun with the kids snorkeling in the clear water and all of the other boaters there. This is a wonderful home with a great location and great owners!

What a great location in Fla. Rarely anymore do I get to spend time with all my 3 sons at the same time. It was truly amazing. We all loved this place. Salt life at its finest. The accomodations were perfect. Clean & tranquil. Kept our boat tied up to the dock the whole time was truly a plus. Also, the pool! I highly recommend this place. Our second trip to Hernando, and will def stay here for our 3rd. The house was perfect for us, a few friends and my teenage daughter. Having the pool, bikes and kayaks was so fun. And after renting a boat from Chris and his wife at Hernando Bach Motel (great people, definitely recommend for boat rentals), we had a dock to come home to. House had every kitchen amenity we needed, and high end appliances. Thank you for sharing your space!

We took a family trip with my in-laws as a pre-deployment get-away. The house was great. The owners were accessible and gave great suggestions on things to do and places to visit. My husband and I used the kayaks to venture out to the shoals, it was very relaxing. My son stayed in the pool as much as he possibility could have. Clearest water I have ever seen! Best restaurant- Lazy Lizard Mermaid show at Weeki Watchee was fun, too.
