Guests have access to:
Pool, Screened Patio, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Living Room, Bathroom, Full Kitchen, Porch/ Front of Property.

Guests have Limited access to:
Uncovered Backyard (please try to stay within the screened portion, especially children).

Guest has no access to:
*The Shed- in the back of the property. This area is strictly off-limits to guests.
*The garage- Access to it is not allowed, unless designated as an Authorized User. Authorized Users will know they are authorized users because they will be informed and be provided with a code to gain access to the garage.

Other things to note:
*Because the grass in the backyard outside of the screening is being left to grow for additional privacy into the home, it is not recommended for guests to walk past the metal screening as some of the grass can cause minor skin cuts or skin irritation depending on allergies. Please keep children and other vulnerable beings away from this area.
*Security cameras are located outside of the property, including: the front of the house, garage area, side entrance and Pool/Lanai area.
