We, a group of three couples, had a great stay at the Watts Bar Tree house. Jason was an awesome host and checked in to make sure everything met our expectations-it did. There were 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. Please note, the loft would be super fun for kids 10-12 and under, but too small for older kids/adults, so consider it a 3-bedroom place unless you have small kids. A full kitchen was upstairs and a kitchenette was downstairs with a 2nd refrigerator. There were plenty of supplies for a 5-day stay and everything was well labeled (switches, drawers, etc.). Plenty of towels and linens. Nice deck overlooking the woods/lake and a covered patio below for rainy days. There was plenty of room and everybody had some space, especially with the downstairs area. There was a small desk off the living room to setup a laptop if needed. Newer high-end appliances all worked well. My wife is really picky about cleanliness and had no complaints. So in summary, we were very pleased with our accommodations and wouldn't hesitate to come back.
A couple of things to note. There are both basket and Keurig coffee makers. There is cable TV upstairs, but the downstairs TV appears to be just hooked up to a DVD player. Suggest bring a Roku/Fire Stick if you want more options. Like most of the homes on the lake, the house sits high on the hill overlooking the water. There are quite a few steps down to the dock, so just be aware if you have mobility issues.
