"Really clean, has everything you need, loved the pool--pool is clean and perfect temperature. Quiet neighborhood. Loved seeing all the deer and little wildlife. Very comfortable, great place to catch up with friends. (not too many--only two beds. the "bed" in the pool house is a fold-down futon--functional, but would have been weird for one person of the group to have to sleep there. there were three of us so 2 of us just shared the bigger bed.)
