Welcome to The Greenhouse Loft - Entire Building. This listing covers the whole building — the d'Auto House ("house of cars") plus the Greenhouse Loft upstairs — but please note these are TWO SEPARATE UNITS with TWO SEPARATE ENTRANCES, not one connected space. There is no interior connection between the units; you step outside to go from one to the other. Each unit has its own private entrance with its own keypad door lock, and you get access to both entire units:

- THE GREENHOUSE LOFT (upstairs): loft king bedroom, kitchenette, living room, and 1 bathroom.
- THE D'AUTO HOUSE (main level): 2 king bedrooms, kitchen, and 1 bathroom.

BOOKING OPTIONS: This listing books both units together, reasonably priced compared to booking the two units separately — sleeps up to 6. Need room for 7? Book the Greenhouse Loft and d'Auto House as separate listings instead. Traveling with a bigger group? Our Trails house is right next door.

This was the previous owner's hot rod shop, where he spent his days restoring classic cars. We've turned his garage into a comfortable guest space, keeping the character he built into it, and added the loft above for even more room.

- 2 kitchens — each with one portable single-burner NuWave induction cooktop, microwave, and air fryer. Please note: there is NO stove and NO oven.

GOOD TO KNOW
- The property sits on a 10-acre compound at the end of a gravel driveway, with a gated entry. Check-in is at 3 PM. Access information will be sent privately by message at 2 PM on check-in day. After the gate, drive to the greenhouse building and park right in front of the building.
- Please note there is NO WiFi at this property. Plan accordingly.
- Entry uses offline keypads — no internet needed.
- There is quiet construction on the property that does not interfere with your stay.
- Critters from the land may wander in — we spray regularly.
- Minutes to the casinos, 10 minutes to Spokane International Airport (GEG), near Fairchild AFB.
