Welcome to the Perry District, a centrally located neighborhood with a brewery, restaurants and coffee, groceries, parks and just a few miles to downtown Spokane. Our property is great for large groups and sleeps 14! The open kitchen with huge island is fully stocked and we have both a propane grill and a Blackstone griddle. We have multiple living room areas as well as outdoor lounge space, a game room with arcades and toys, and a theater room! Guests of all ages will enjoy the amenities.

This space is the perfect spot for large groups, adults and kids, wedding parties, and family reunions to make some amazing memories! With its spacious living and bedroom areas, family-friendly amenities, backyard patio, and convenient location, you are sure to have an unforgettable stay!

The layout:

-The main floor includes 2 living rooms, dining, and kitchen with oversized island so you’ll have plenty of room to entertain. There are 3 bedrooms (all KING beds) and 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combo as well as a half bath. There is also garage access and access to the backyard. The garage fits 2 cars and there is driveway parking for 4 additional vehicles. The backyard has an expansive patio and plenty of yard space. The yard is not fully fenced, as there are some area where the fence dead ends into boulders and pups could climb out. We have a propane grill as well as a Blackstone for you to cook for your group and plenty of outdoor seating.
-The lower floor includes 2 bedrooms (1 King, and 1 bunk room with 2 full over queen bunks) and a newly remodeled bathroom. There is a large game room that features a Ms Pacman head to head arcade as well as a Simpsons and NBA Jam arcade. Games, books, toys, lifesize checkers are also available for everyone to enjoy. Our theater room is set up for everyone to enjoy movies and sports, with YouTube TV provided. Laundry is also available to you with detergent provided. We also have a desk are set up and fast wifi throughout the house.

The Amenities:
Our goal is for you to walk in and feel right at home. Starting with a toiletry bin and snacks to greet you, we hope you`ll get settled right away. We have amazing mattresses, soft linens, and King beds and TVs in all of the rooms (except bunk room - 2 full over queens in that room and no TV) as well as sound machines with chargers. All linens, blankets, pillows, towels are provided. We have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for you. We fully stock our kitchen with pots, pans, baking sets, small appliances, oil and spices, and condiments. We have a coffee and tea bar for you with grounds, creamers, and sugars provided. We provide books, games, and toys, to help keep guests of all ages entertained. We have baby items (pack n play, high chair, baby bath, and monitor) to help you pack a little lighter. Our desk area is set up so you can remotely work and we have a monitor you can plug into and fast wifi. Browse through the list in our amenity section to see all we offer!

We do allow up to 2 dogs to stay in our home during a stay (no other pets allowed due to allergies). There is a $75 fee per dog when booking. Once you book, we will send over the pet agreement for you to sign. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with the agreement below.

Pet Agreement:
We love dogs and being able to travel with them so we want to be able to provide that opportunity to our guests as well. We want to also be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and the home, so please read the rules below and make sure you will be able to follow them prior to booking.

We do allow up to 2 dogs to stay in our home during a stay (no other pets allowed due to allergies). There is a $75 fee per dog when booking. We take pride in the cleanliness of our home and this fee helps cover the additional time needed to clean a home after pets have stayed.
1. You must clean up the yard after your pets. There is a scoop with bags provided, please throw away in exterior trash can near alley.
2. Pets must be potty trained to stay in the home. If accidents happen, please clean up immediately with the floor cleaner located under the kitchen sink. Additional fees will be assessed for carpet cleaning if there are stains/urine smell after your stay.
3. Dogs must not be left unattended in the home or yard while you are not there. You must leave your dog kenneled in the home while you are gone, there is a kennel provided if you don’t travel with one. This is a duplex with shared walls and we want to respect other guests staying at the property. Dogs that bark excessively will be asked to leave and there will be no refunds. If your dog barks excessively or does not do well if you are not in the home, please do not book this property.
4. Please do not let dogs on the furniture (beds, couches, etc). While they may be used to this at home, in an effort to keep our property in good condition and free of excessive hair, scratches, and damage, we ask that pets cozy up on the floor.
5. Dogs must be well-behaved to stay. If your dog is aggressive or threatening to other guests or neighbors, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

The whole house is yours!

We are not onsite but have a property manager in town to assist with anything you need during your stay!

The home is in the Perry District, a centrally located neighborhood just a few miles from downtown Spokane! The neighborhood has a great main street with a brewery, restaurants and coffee, groceries, park and one of the best summer markets in Spokane! It`s a quaint neighborhood, very safe, and an active community.

From the house, you can easily get on I90 in just a few minutes to get to Spokane, Coeur D` Alene, Spokane International and more.

After 4 guests, we charge an extra guest fee of $10 per night per guest. We provide a lot of extras to make our home comfortable and accommodating, but with more guests comes more use of these things as well as more time to prepare and clean the home. We feel that even with the fee, you are getting an amazing value compared to having to book multiple hotel rooms to accommodate a larger group. Please book for the accurate amount of people. A $150 fee will be charged if guests stay in the home that were not included in the booking.
