Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

The owners are awesome and helpful. Their response time is amazing if you need anything and they offer their help at any time. The apartment is clean and quite spacious for my husband and I. This is our second time staying here and we would stay here again.

Easy access & quite

In Spokane with another dad for our daughter's volleyball weekend tournament. The apartment was clean, relaxing and quiet. Location was fine as it allowed access to downtown in 15 min or so and access to some fishing lakes for me in the early mornings. Worked out great!

Everything you need and very, very clean!

This is a spotlessly clean and quiet apartment in an area that is conveniently located between Spokane and Coeur dā€™Alene. The property is in an older building, but the interior has been completely redone and is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped (beautiful dishes!) ā€“ a cut above what is usually found in vacation rentals. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The only thing that might be a negative for some is that itā€™s a second-floor walk-up apartment, so this is not a good option for people who have trouble with stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Place to Stay!

We don't always know if the rental will match our expectations but this one did! It is very clean and new looking. Plus, it has all of the amenities of home. Washer and dryer, nice TV, fast internet, nice bedrooms and nice bathroom, kitchen, living room / dining room, etc. All of it in excellent condition. Sort of a home away from home! It was also very nice to have a unit to rent that is separate from the owners home. The owners were excellent to work with and made sure that everything went smoothly for us from check in to check out. They checked with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was okay. We'd highly recommend staying there! Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a rental unit!

Nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. Very quiet and free parking. Upper floor/end unit. Looks out onto a playground. Hosts checked in with me several during my stay to make sure all was okay. I'll be booking this apartment again in the future.
