Refresh and relax at our recently updated bnb near hospitals, and five minutes South of downtown Spokane. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features a comfortable living room with a sectional couch and new 55-inch​ flat screen TV. There will be towels supplied for each guest and more towels located in the hallway linen closet. Also in the linen closet you will find extra sheets if needed. The sheets are made of organically grown cotton, making them extra soft and comfortable. There is an outdoor patio in the back with seating for six so you will be able to enjoy some fresh air and serenity in the outdoors.
One of the many upgrades done to this home is a new natural gas furnace and thermostat for your utmost comfort. There is also a brand new air conditioner for absolute climate control during the summer season.
You will find the kitchen stocked with all the necessities of home for enjoying in-house dining from pots and pans to silverware, glasses, mugs, and stemware. Cheers! There is a dining room table with four chairs. An additional leaf for the table is stored in a bedroom closet. There are also two extra stools available at the bar on the lower level.
On the lower level there is a rec room and a guest bedroom. In the rec room you will find a dry bar, a sofa sleeper, an additional flat screen TV, an air hockey table and a box of toys for children to discover.
If needed, there is a washer and dryer in the basement along with detergent and fabric softener sheets.
This home is within walking distance to bars and restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and a yoga studio. It is also close to beautiful, Manito Park, Rose Hill and the ​Japanese Garden and not far from the Spokane Arena. This lovely and spacious home has everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. Come​ enjoy this cozy home during your stay in Spokane.
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one closet in the basement where the owner stores the supplies for the home. There is a keypad for entry into the home and the door code will be sent the day of your arrival.
