This charming property offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. You can enjoy breakfast, coffee, or a drink on the balconies overlooking the green valley—whether you’re relaxing, sunbathing, or dining—or treat yourself to a refreshing and calming escape in the private spa pool.
The accommodation (140 m² of indoor space) consists of two apartments with private entrances; in total, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, and 2 balconies.

Apartment #1, located on the first floor, consists of two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower), and a fully equipped kitchen.

Apartment #2, located on the 2nd floor, consists of one bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.

All kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and other kitchen utensils and cookware. A hair dryer, iron, and washing machine are available in each unit. Both apartments are air-conditioned and offer Wi-Fi Internet access as well as an LCD TV with international channels. From the balcony or terrace of each apartment, you can enjoy wonderful sunsets and beautiful views of the Zrnovnica River valley.

The outdoor area features a fenced property with a swimming pool and a two-story garden complete with a barbecue, a large dining table with chairs, sun loungers, and showers. The heated pool (27 m² in surface area) is equipped with massage jets and a counter-current swimming system, combining pleasure, exercise, and therapeutic benefits all in one. Free parking spaces are available in front of the property’s entrance.

Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a convenient base to explore the city of Split, the Dalmatian coast, the islands, and/or the mountains, this apartment offers the perfect setting.


LOCATION

The property is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Split, about 8 km from the historic city center. This suburban area is called Zrnovnica, named after the river of the same name, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the property. Along the river, there is a wonderful, relaxing area with trails where you can spend your time walking, jogging, or simply enjoying the unspoiled nature and fresh air. In the center of Zrnovnica, about 300 meters from the property, you’ll find markets, restaurants, a post office, and a pharmacy.

The accommodations are ideal for a relaxing vacation, yet it’s located close to Split’s city center and in a perfect spot for exploring the surrounding area. Among these, Mount Mosor offers spectacular views of the entire Split area, including the nearby archipelago, as well as hiking opportunities to mountain peaks and valleys. Mosor is less than a 10-minute drive from the house (a bus route is also available from the center of Zrnovnica), and you can enjoy the scenery as soon as you arrive in the small village of Gornje Sitno, located right at the foot of the mountain.

In less than a 5-minute drive (a convenient Uber ride is available for less than the cost of 4–5 bus tickets), you can reach the village of Stobrec, home to one of the best sandy and pebble beaches in the entire Split area. Stobrec is also known as a charming tourist destination, with plenty of bars, pubs, and restaurants. One of the activities we recommend starting from Stobrec is an illuminated evening sea kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding tour.

Another must-visit destination while staying here is the city of Omis and the Cetina River Canyon, about a 20-minute drive from the apartment. Omiš is a charming medieval town with a beautiful sandy beach, authentic houses, narrow streets, and two famous fortresses (Mirabela and Fortica) offering stunning views. From Omis, you can also take a boat trip upstream on the Cetina River to reach the breathtaking Radman’s Mills, a lovely picnic spot built around the old mill and the 18th-century summer residence of the wealthy Radman family. There, you can enjoy the unspoiled nature, take a swim in the river, and/or enjoy a traditional Dalmatian lunch at the restaurant in the old mill. The Cetina River Canyon—a protected landscape and natural heritage site featuring numerous rapids, waterfalls, hidden beaches, and secluded coves—is one of the most amazing canyons in Europe, offering excellent opportunities for adrenaline-pumping sports such as ziplining, canyoning, kayaking, or rafting. On your way back to Split, take a short detour through the ancient “Republic of Poljica” to visit the statue of Mila Gojsalic and enjoy the stunning panoramic view of the Cetina Canyon.

The city center of Split is about a 10-minute drive away; convenient Uber taxis are available, as well as the local bus line (the bus station is about 100 meters from the property). From the city center of Split, where the main city port is also located, you can reach the nearby islands of Brač and Hvar in a 1-hour ferry or catamaran ride. The medieval town of Trogir, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also just a 1-hour boat ride from Split. One of the best experiences we usually recommend to our guests is a 5-island speedboat tour—a unique experience and opportunity to visit virtually all the most interesting places in the Split archipelago.
