Location of the place is in the middle way of the all fabulous sights and events taking place in Split, such as, Promenade Riva, Diocletian's Palace, Theatre, Spaladium Arena /music and sport's events hall/, Stadium Poljud /Ultra Festival event/, Poljud Beauty Pools, night club, Marjan Hill Forest, business facilities. In fact, it is placed on the main street which leads you straight down/south/ to the Old Center, and vice versa, up /north/ to the Stadium Poljud, named Zrinjsko Frankopanska street. Actually, it is placed exactly the half way between Riva and Stadium. Due to this location, you won't find yourself asking which way should I go, as it is very easy to find, come and go.
Even though it's positioned in the Old Town, it's location makes it possible for getaway from the crowded narrow streets, having a good night sleep, actually you're the one in charge of the quantity of fun wanted, it's up to you, only you! There are no loud restaurants or coffee bars under the windows of the apt, no bus stations or bus traffic. After whole days walking trips, you need to get recovered, exactly what this apartment is meant to be - base for it.
This 3DB apartment is located on second of the overall three floors in the old stone made Building, with the main entrance of the Building next to the central City Park Emanuel Vidović, with the intercom provided.
Main entrance to the apartment leads you over the balcony to the third doors to get to the interior of the place. So, guests are provided with set of the three keys, great security and privacy. There is safe in the place, as well. As you get the interior, there is a spacious high ceiling hallway, getting you to the living room, kitchen and dinning place, put all together in an open concept common place.
Three bedrooms are with double/king beds.
First - the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and big closets, has entrance from the living and view to the west.
The second bedroom with fridge on the hand, lot of the storage space, separated dinning space, exit to the balcony, open view /east side/, has entrance from the hallway.
The third bedroom with king size bed and one single - bunk bed, has open view to the west, lot of storage space, suitable for couples as well for children due to the amenities provided, with entrance from the living space.
None of the bedrooms is attached to each other. Diversity offers gives you the option of choosing precisely the bedroom that best suits your characteristics and habits.
Living space and the kitchen are positioned in the middle of the apartment with sea and forest view, connecting the bedrooms as spacious common space, with sofa bed for 2 extra guests /queen size 140*220 cm/.
Second bathroom with entrance from the hallway, is fully equipped, such as washing machine, sky shower. This one is providing unlimited hot water, which is very important issue for bigger groups. I'm pointing this up as the fact that this opportunity is mainly not provided in Downtown accommodation properties. Balcony has two levels, connected with original old stone made stairs. Get the real feel of the Dalmatian chat - coffee break in the open air, sitting on the stairs, in nice shadowed and quite ambient. This is as well permitted smoking area for you. Generally, pets are not permitted, EXCEPT for dogs and ONLY if it's been approved by the owner before booking. All together, the place is luxuriously spacious for 6 guests, but spacious enough for 3 more guests. All together, there is 4 ACs, 4 flat TV's, free WiFi, 2 fridges, coffee machine, fully equiped kitchen /great choice of the dishes, glasses, kitchenware, accessories/, 2 bathrooms /2 hairdryers, 2 hair straighteners/, lots of linens - duvet sets /selection of romantic, nautical, clear white or modern/, lots of towels, covers, blankets, ... Excellent choice for bigger groups, more couples, families with kids, business people who are taking their families on trip, or public persons for their "gateaways".

Also, upon arrival our guests will find lots of materials, flyers with informations about the city, city map, location of main interests, such as restaurants, museums, travel agencies, taking trips, sailing, rent-a-car, concerts, and other events taking place in Split or Dalmatia during their stay.
Welcome package includes the main groceries, Dalmatian food and welcome drinks for first night/morning stay - free of charge.
Guests can make their own lists with main groceries or point up any other specific needs, in advance, so it could be arranged by the owner, and make the stay even more comfortable!
For business purposes, on demand, the owner is providing fax-copy-print-scan, high quality "one for all" Canon device - free of charge.
Cleaning is flexible, according to the wishes of the guests, on their demand. Residence (tourist) tax is included in the price.
Our neighborhood called LOVRET take place in the most popular residential part of the Split, as it is positioned next to the great central City Park Emanuel Vidović, excellent for families-friendly activities. Even it is few minutes walk from the Diocletian's Palace and seaside promenade (Riva), it is surrounded with many facilities, such as schools, ambulances, market places with excellent choice of fresh domestic food, shops, bakeries, bars, museums, banks, court house, police station, sport facilities, such as football Stadium Poljud. THERE IS BAKERY IN THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE BUILDING. Regarding the fact it is all in our neighborhood, there is no need to use the car to get anywhere you'll might need or wish for. This neighborhood is peaceful, with great respect for the turist needs.
Guests are available to use lots of free public parking spots around the place. Also, there is lots of low priced parking spots /price is 4,00 kn /0,53 €/per hour - daytime/. On demand, owner could arrange the transportation from/to airport. Nearby there are few bus stations, taxi available on call or in walking distance, in few minutes.
