Dear guest, we are sorry not to meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the floor below us, same as the caffe above us, are out of business due to Covid situation that went on last couple of years, and this surely impacts the guest experience. Unfortunately, the bar was not ours, but provided our guests with drinks, food and relaxing zone. Regarding the back door entrance, this entrance is in use from 9 pm until 9 am, and on Sundays, when the mini mall we're situated in is not open. Unfortunately this is something we cannot impact at the moment. We would like to apologize for the inconveniences with our staff. During your stay we had a couple of people on training, since we have other hotels in the group, and we believe this really happened, but none of our stuff reported that performed that kind of behavior/mistake. We truly apologize for that. Except for the staff breaking in without excuse, which is a big problem, we are exactly what you've stated, and what's stated on the page: basically rooms on great location, but not much content. Our other hotels have what you expected: atmosphere, services, breakfast... Our guests book us mostly of convenient position. Of course, all other services our hotels offer were available at your request. Breakfast is available in our nearby heritage hotel, on request, as you were informed at the front desk.
