You'll love to stay in this modern and newly built one-bedroom house with the large 4000 m2 garden with olive trees and an outside grill, both exclusively yours to use.

Your children will also fully enjoy playing on our spacious childrens playground equipped with trampoline, swing and toboggan.

House is fully equipped with all amenities you need for a perfect holiday.

It's cooled with an powerful air-condition unit.

Living room has a large smart 60" LED TV with cable channels and cozy sofa, which can be used as a bed for two people.

Bedroom has a comfortable double bed and also exit to a large terrace with table and chairs.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, and is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

You also get iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels and high-speed Wi-Fi, all free of charge.

Baby cot and high chair can also be arranged for free, please contact in advance.

**** The Neighbourhood:

Kamen (eng. the rock) is the settlement just 5 min drive to the town Stobrec with its beautiful beaches and river Cetina, and just 10 min drive to the Dalmatian center, city of Split.

It's a quiet and peaceful place where you will fully enjoy your peaceful vacation, still being close to all buzzing tourist destinations.

It's also just few min drive to the City Center One shopping mall.

Grocery store is just 6 min walking from the house.


**** House rules:

This is a smoke-free house.

Smoking inside is not allowed, but outside you can smoke.

Pets are allowed, but please ask in advance, surcharge is 7€ per night.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything and leave the house tidy.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.

Bus station is 5 min walking from the house, and you can also order taxi to a house such as Uber etc.
