On the ground floor of Villa Castello Split, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, an area for dining, living area, a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a modern bathroom with a shower. This floor can function as a separate apartment of the villa and is connected by an internal staircase with the upper floor. On the first floor, there is the main kitchen equipped with top quality contents, a vestibule with a fireplace, a spacious living room connected to the dining room. From the dining room through the front door is the main terrace area, where you will find outdoor sitting furniture for relaxing. Study room / library is also located on the first floor as well as the sauna.

On the second floor of this villa there are 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom, with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, equipped with sinks for him and her, designer bath and modern shower and a terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a terrace overlooking the sea. The other two bedrooms include double beds and share a common bathroom.
