It's just three minutes walking to the center, seafront, famous Diocletian's Palace and central Djardin park.

Despite being just few minutes away to virtually all events and landmarks in Split, it's located in a quiet residential area.

That makes it an ideal location combining closeness to virtually everything in Split and having your own peace and comfort.

Apartment was fully refurbished in the year 2015.

Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house (house has half-floors). Ceiling is 3m high and almost all rooms have large windows for a bright light.

You have full control over temperature in the apartment as there are three air condition units, one for each room, unlike majority of other apartments that have only one air condition unit.

Bathroom has a floor heating, hair dryer and washing machine.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, kettle and a big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Spacious, classy large bedroom has a comfortable double bed and sofa for one person. Smaller bedroom has a cozy sofa for two people.

While being here you can pamper your senses with the state-of-the-art large 120 cm Philips SMART TV LED TV with background ambiental light.

Smaller bedroom has 82 cm SMART LED TV, also connected to the Internet.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, big soft towels & more are included free of charge.

Iron, ironing board and portable dryer are also provided.

For your safety apartment is equipped with gas detector and first aid kit.

Clean and with the right level of luxury, it's a better alternative to hotel.

Arrivals after 23:00 are surcharged 20 EUR.

This is a smoke-free apartment. Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have the exclusive access to the apartment.

There are no shared areas in or around the house.

As apartment is located in the center of Split the parking place is not provided, but you can find free parking in the street, or nearby streets usually within just few minutes of walking.

Paid parking is just 200m away.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located in the center of Split, three minutes walking to the Split seafront, right near the famous Diocletian's Palace, which is the best preserved Roman palace in the world.

Neighbourhood is quiet and all windows in the apartment are new with solid sound isolation.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is within 15 minutes walking.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is within two minutes walking.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 10 minutes walking.

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 10 min walking from the apartment!
