This is spacious luxury studio with private patio in a traditional stone house in the very center of Split.

It's in an ideal location within just few minutes walking to the majority of Split landmarks such as the main Split sea promenade and the famous Diocletians Palace.

You'll fully enjoy your stay in this spacious 90 m2 luxury studio in the very heart of Split.

It's combination of traditional and modern luxury interior with private patio and indoor fireplace.

Located on the ground floor of the traditional stone house in the old historical part of Split called Varos, you're just few minutes walking from the main sea promenade and Diocletians Palace.

You can also use yard of the house with table and chairs located in front of the entrance door of the house, shared with other guests.

Living area is very spacious and you can pamper your senses with a large 65” LED TV with backlight.

Fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher and big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

You can sleep on the cozy double bed and comfortable sofa bed sleeping two people.

Bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and the bathtub in the separate room.

There is no washing machine, but you can wash and dry your wardrobe in the nearby laundry.

Air condition, wi-fi flat internet, linen, towels, LED TV & more are included in price.

Iron and ironing board are provided free of charge.

Baby cot can also be provided free of charge, just please ask beforehand.

There's less than two minutes walking to the main promenade and the famous Diocletian's Palace.

On the other side, you're just 5 minutes walking to the beautiful forest park Marjan with great view on Split and islands.

Lots of caffe bars, supermarkets, restaurants etc. are in the same neighbourhood.

**** House rules:

One night stays are surcharged +30%.

For two or more nights stay there is no surcharge.

This is a smoke-free studio. You are allowed to smoke on the patio.

It's also not suitable for pets.

Parties are allowed up to the midnight.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

Bus station is 150m away. Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are within 10 minutes walking.

Paid parking is within 1 minute walking. Prices are from 8 to 13 EUR per day, depending on a parking spot.

Free parking spots can be found 5-10 minutes walking from the apartment near street Drazanac.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located just one minute walking to the Split sea promenade and two minutes walking to the Diocletian's Palace.

It's the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world and also just one minute walking to the Split promenade.

Area where the apartment is located is a residential neighbourhood.

The city part where the apartment is located is in the great location from where virtually everything is within a walking range: restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, central green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 15 minutes walking.

Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice, rocky beach and park Zvoncac together with park Sustipan with magnificent sea view are all within 15 minutes walking.

City bus station, taxis and rent a car agencies are within minute walking.

Main Split bus station, ferry port and central train station are within 15 minutes walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less than that. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
