"Location I liked, but the wi-fi was terrible even the people on the reception couldn’t help"

"Just a regular hotel. They don’t hire enough housekeeping staff so customers are left waiting until midnight for a clean room. The front desk person blamed all the travelers which implied that it was my fault they didn’t have a room ready. A screw in the middle of the floor to hold the carpet down ripped my shoe. They charge $5 to park in their unsecured parking lot and charge for breakfast. Nickel and Dimers. Find better value somewhere else."

"Room was nice and quiet - no banging doors which was great. Fitness center was closed during our visit but they had arrangements with the neighbor hotel - very convenient. I think the hotel wasn't as booked as usual as we requested a balcony and got it. Very positive experience."

"This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly."

"I liked the best was pet free, due to myself and husband with allergies to pets among others. It is hard to find a hotel which is pet free. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. No different for other hotels."

"The hotel is located near many amenities and attractions. Clean rooms, polite staff, and heated pool . Lots of parking. Breakfasts in lobby were always fresh and meat varied from day to day."

"Stayed on a Friday night. June 19th. Parking lot was full. Was on the 3rd floor. Nice room. Bathroom was well lit. Has a pull out sofa in the main room. Not very comfortable. King bed in a private room with doors to separate. Parents slept well. Only 1 tv in the private room. A little spots in the bathroom showed rust and caulk was missing around the tile base trim. Big shower with good water pressure. Refrigerator made noise throughout the night. 3rd wheel won’t sleep well for an adult. Weight...

"Had to go to 3 rooms before I found one that had been made up. Management set me an email apologizing that there was an issues with their computer system. They did upgrade me to a suite which was very big but nothing special. Breakfast was nice."

"This property was so over priced, the room floor was dirty needed to be swept and mopped, the bed only had a sheet and a thin bed spread no blanket, we went out and bought a blanket to use. The bed was actually really comfortable the best feature in the room, they are doing renovations but they are not the best craftsmanship. Have stayed in places that I did not pay a lot for that were outdated but was very clean, this was expensive and not clean, towels smelled clean but had stains on them. I...

"Rooms are good except for carpet. Def need to take out all carpet and have tile floors!!! Front desk guy was awesome. Need a new microwave in the common area for use if rooms do not have one. Decent for 1 night."
