"Thank you Anastasia and the rest of the helpful staff! Available constantly and helped with my 10000 questions. Super clean and comfortable. I don't like sharing bathrooms but they are kept clean and my room was near a "luxurious" one. Everything you need is in the common areas, which makes you feel more connected to others. Restaurant and service AMAZING. I loved the reindeer steak. Breakfast included= needed and fantastic way to start your day in the arctic."

We got tired of taking our shoes off every time we went from one building to the other, but that’s the way things are done in Longyearbyen. Dinner at the Polfareren was fabulous! It was a birthday trip and they made it special. "
