"Room was clean. Check in easy. Asked for non smoking room-the room had been smoked in. Possibly smell was in carpet. AC did not work efficiently. Would not maintain set temperature. Toilet seat was not secured."

"Hotel was humid and too warm room AC did not work - did not remove the humidity in the room at all. Pillows were as small as camping pillows and either rock hard or flat. Toilet was either stained or extremely dirty in the room. Ceiling panel was falling in above the shower. Overall property was run down and poorly maintained. Evening staff was great. Very friendly and attentive."
